Instrument Cluster Replacement

Preliminary Procedure

Preliminary Procedure

  1. Remove instrument panel lower cluster trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Lower Trim Plate Replacement.
  2. Remove instrument panel steering column upper trim cover. Refer to Steering Column Upper Trim Cover Replacement.
  1. Instrument Cluster Screw (Qty: 2)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten 2.5 N·m (22 lb in)

  1. Instrument Cluster Assembly

Procedure

  1. Disconnect electrical components.
  2. After repairs, refer to Control Module References

Radio Control Module Replacement

Remove instrument panel center upper molding. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Upper Molding Replacement

  1. Radio Control Module Bolts (Qty: 2)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten 2.5 N·m(22 lb in)

  1. Radio Control Module

Procedure

Disconnect electrical components.

  1. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Disconnect Warning
  2. Remove radio control module. Refer to Radio Control Module Replacement
  1. Radio Bolts (Qty: 4)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten 2.5 N·m(22 lb in)

  1. Radio Bolt Washer (Qty: 4)
  2. Radio Assembly

Procedure

  1. Disconnect electrical components.
  2. After repairs, refer to Control Module References for programming and set up information.

Radiator Support Bracket Replacement

Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement.

  1. Radiator Support Bracket Bolt

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten 22 N·m (17 lb ft)

  1. Radiator Support Bracket

Procedure

Pull the radiator forward until the bracket is reachable.
