Instrument Cluster Replacement
Preliminary Procedure
- Remove instrument panel lower cluster trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Lower Trim Plate Replacement.
- Remove instrument panel steering column upper trim cover. Refer to Steering Column Upper Trim Cover Replacement.
- Instrument Cluster Screw (Qty: 2)
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.
Tighten 2.5 N·m (22 lb in)
- Instrument Cluster Assembly
Procedure
- Disconnect electrical components.
- After repairs, refer to Control Module References
Radio Control Module Replacement
Preliminary Procedures
Remove instrument panel center upper molding. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Upper Molding Replacement
- Radio Control Module Bolts (Qty: 2)
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.
Tighten 2.5 N·m(22 lb in)
- Radio Control Module
Procedure
Disconnect electrical components.
Radio Replacement
Preliminary Procedure
- Disconnect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Disconnect Warning
- Remove radio control module. Refer to Radio Control Module Replacement
- Radio Bolts (Qty: 4)
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.
Tighten 2.5 N·m(22 lb in)
- Radio Bolt Washer (Qty: 4)
- Radio Assembly
Procedure
- Disconnect electrical components.
- After repairs, refer to Control Module References for programming and set up information.
Radiator Support Bracket Replacement
Preliminary Procedure
Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement.
- Radiator Support Bracket Bolt
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.
Tighten 22 N·m (17 lb ft)
- Radiator Support Bracket
Procedure
Pull the radiator forward until the bracket is reachable.
- Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Reconnection
- Exhaust Flexible Pipe Replacement (1.6L LXT)
- Power Steering Pump Belt Replacement
- Front Brake Rotor Replacement
